Who we are
Last Call Pest Control was started by Rachel in 2020. She saw a need in the community for quality and inclusive pest control services and decided to bring the spooky to Quinte. With a fleet of “hearses”, LCPC puts pests to rest.
LCPC provides environmentally conscious and compassionate pest control services to the community.
We are proud to have won Belleville’s CommunityVotes Platinum award in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
We belong to all provincial and national professional associations including SPMAO, NPMA and CPMA. Rachel is the current Membership Director for the Structural Pest Management Association of Ontario. We are proud members and supporters of the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce.
LCPC is 100% family operated.

We are proud to provide trauma informed, inclusive and judgement free pest control. We understand the challenges, stresses and stigma that pests bring. Meet the Team

Rachel
Creator of LCPC, Rachel is currently off the road performing clerical duties at home while being full time mama to Dante. When in the field, Rachel loves working in multi-family housing with an emphasis on bed bug and cockroach control. She has 12 years of field experience and 7 licenses under her belt as well as her Associate Certificate in Entomology. When she’s not working, she loves long walks in the cemetery with Dante and Rogue or diving into a good book with an iced coffee in hand.

Justin
Our lead technician, Justin has several years of hands on experience. With a keen eye, he specializes in rodent exclusion and control. He has also been busy integrating select wildlife services into his roster. He loves a good exterior spray and is proficient in all general insect control. When he’s not working, he can be found on daddy duty (no one makes Dante smile like dad!), working on projects in the garage and spending time in the tattoo chair.

Rhonda
With many years of bookkeeping experience, Rhonda has been an expert in maintaining organization on the back end of LCPC. She also will assist in AR and scheduling support. When she’s not working, she’ll tell you (and everyone!) how much she enjoys spending time with Dante (“grandson”).

George
George is our newest technician and he is thoroughly enjoying many aspects of field work. A mechanic by trade, George excels at rodent and wildlife exclusion and understanding the intricacies of building structures. When he’s off the road he loves going for long distance motorcycle rides exploring the province.

Dante
Dante is the baby of the family and will one day be a technician (if he wants to!) He specializes in making everyone’s day brighter and climbing up on everything. He is curious and engaged and we are excited to show him our love of the bug life!

Rogue
Full of spark and energy, our mascot Rogue spends her days hanging out with mom and brother and loves to bask in the sun.
